The Gelves Town Council has organised a guided visit to the exhibition "Rastro de lirio caliente", by the Sevillian artist Pablo Padilla, which can be seen at the Di Gallery in Seville. The activity will take place on Tuesday, November 10 at 18:00 and will last about 90 minutes.
How to take part
Those interested can register from Monday, October 26 at the Gelves Municipal Library. Places are limited to 12 participants, so the Town Council recommends completing registration as soon as possible.
The tour will be led by Víctor González Pérez, who will accompany the group to explain the key points of the exhibition and the work of its author. The meeting point is the façade of the church of Santa Catalina, on calle Alhóndiga, s/n, in the old town of Seville. From there, the group will head to the gallery, located at calle Muro de los Navarros, 66.
Who is Pablo Padilla
Born in Seville in 1997, Pablo Padilla is a visual artist represented by Di Gallery. He graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Seville, with a training stay at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, and later expanded his studies with master's degrees in Digital Graphic Design and Art Direction in Communication.
His work stems from research into materials linked to the culture and identity of Andalusia. Through different techniques and with painting as a common thread, he explores the expressive possibilities of everyday and modest elements. His works invite reflection on how the environment is perceived and inhabited, and pay attention to the relationship between materials, heritage and territory.

You must register at the Gelves Municipal Library, with a maximum of 12 places available. The visit will be on Tuesday, November 10 at 18:00, departing from the façade of the church of Santa Catalina.
