Francisco Manuel Ruiz Jarana will be the proclaimer of the Semana Santa of Lebrija 2027 and Agustín Martín Soto will sign the poster for that year. Both appointments were announced at an event in the chapel of the Hermandad de la Vera-Cruz, headquarters of the Consejo General de Hermandades y Cofradías de Lebrija.

Ruiz Jarana will be in charge of the proclamation, the speech with which the Semana Santa of Lebrija is announced each year. Martín Soto will take on the graphic part, with the work that will serve to publicise the celebration.
During the event, the proclaimer signed the Libro de Honor of the Semana Santa of Lebrija and addressed a few words to those attending. The poster artist also spoke to assess the commission received.
The role of the Council and of the brotherhood
The president of the Consejo General de Hermandades y Cofradías de Lebrija, Antonio Joaquín Bellido, explained the work of the institution and the delegation made to the Hermandad de la Vera-Cruz to propose the people who proclaim and graphically announce the Semana Santa of 2027.
The hermano mayor of the Vera-Cruz, Hilario Castillo Romero, detailed the tasks entrusted by the Council, among them the preparation of the official booklet and the proposal of the poster artist and the proclaimer. In his speech he referred to the responsibility involved in announcing the Semana Santa of Lebrija.

The mayor of Lebrija, Pepe Barroso, thanked the invitation and highlighted the role of the brotherhoods and cofradías in preserving the traditions and the religious and cultural heritage of the municipality. The day ended with a group photo and a reception in the courtyard of the brotherhood house.
