Alanís Town Council has warned that its electronic services may suffer occasional interruptions or alterations in their operation from this Wednesday, October 21 until the end of the year. The reason is the work of moving to and adapting to a new technology platform.

Which services are affected

The outages may affect the municipal website, the Electronic Office, the Transparency Portal, internal email and other digital services of the Council. Anyone who needs to carry out a procedure online during that period may find that the tool does not respond or works irregularly.

Why the change is being made

According to the Town Council, the new platform is "more modern, efficient and economical" and will make it possible to improve municipal digital services and optimize public resources. The Council states that it will work to ensure the process causes the least possible inconvenience and to restore normality as soon as possible in the event of an incident.

Who it affects

The notice is addressed to citizens who use the electronic channels of Alanís Town Council for their procedures. The Council apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks the public for their understanding.

What to do if there is an outage

No specific schedule of interruptions or alternative channel for carrying out procedures during the move has been set. The Town Council has not indicated what to do if a service fails at a given moment.
