The 20th Archaeological Conference of Valencina de la Concepción will be held from October 29 to 31, 2026. The program includes lectures, round tables and guided tours to bring the municipality's archaeological heritage and the challenges of its protection and enhancement closer to the public, according to the City Council.
What will be discussed
The sessions will address citizen participation in the World Heritage declaration, the importance of safeguard plans, the COSMOS project and the preliminary results of the archaeological excavations.
Guided tours on Saturday
On Saturday, October 31, guided tours have been organized to the Museo de Valencina de la Concepción, the exhibition «La magia del ámbar» and the Matarrubilla megalith.
