Around twenty bars and restaurants in Pilas will offer 18 tapas in the competition over the weekend, with a free minibus on Saturday.
Pilas celebrates the thirteenth edition of its Ruta de la Tapa from Friday, November 6 to Sunday, November 8, organised by the Ayuntamiento and the Asociación de Hostelería de Pilas. Around twenty bars and restaurants take part, with eighteen tapas in the competition.
How to vote
To take part you must download the Las Rutas by Tridevo web app at the download page and select the XIII Ruta de la Tapa Pilas. From there you can see the full list of tapas, collect stamps and cast votes.
Stamping requires being at the establishment itself: the app asks you to enable location and enter the bar's code, which you request at the venue. Once the code and location are validated, you can stamp and vote. To vote you must first register as a user, a step completed by following the on-screen instructions.
Prize draw and minibus
Everyone who takes part with their vote enters the draw for 100 litres of oil and 20 litres of local organic wine.
In addition, on Saturday there will be a free minibus service bringing the public to the participating establishments, from 13.00 to 17.00 and from 20.00 to 24.00. The stops are listed on the event poster.

The participating bars and restaurants are Casa Anguas, Casa Luis, Casa Máquina 1909, D'Amici, El Cruce, El Peruanito, Galán, La Abacería, La Abuela Inés, La Galería, Pan de Azúcar, Peña Sevillista, Pío 12, Pizzería Churrería Pinichi, Pizzería Vera, Rosamar, Sindicato and Taberna El Cabildo.
What you have to do
Anyone who wants to take part must download the app, register as a user and, once at each venue, enable location and enter the code provided by the establishment to stamp and vote for their tapa. The route runs on November 6, 7 and 8.
