The historical study on the workers' pool of Casariche is presented in the Conference Room of the Museographic Collection of Casariche 'José Herrera Rodas'. The work has been carried out by Virginia Barea Pareja.
The research reconstructs the origins and the first years of the municipal pool, drawing on archival documentation, municipal sources, historical publications and oral testimonies from local residents.
The study examines the role of the authorities, the organization of work and the circumstances that marked the construction of the facility, and contrasts the accounts of collective memory with documentary sources. The Casariche City Council encourages participation in the presentation.
