The extinction of the Fundación Hispalense de Apoyos is already registered. The Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) publishes this Tuesday, October 20, the resolution that closes the registry sheet of this foundation based in Sevilla, based on a ruling from Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 of the city.

What the registry closure means

The registration is signed by the Dirección General de Atención Judicial y Víctimas, under the Consejería de Turismo, Justicia, Desregulación y Administración Local, as reported by the BOJA in its issue 203. The definitive closure of the registry sheet is the procedure that officially records that the foundation ceases to exist as a registered entity. The ruling on which it is based was issued by the Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Sevilla, which currently appears in the official text as Sección de lo Mercantil del Tribunal de Instancia de Sevilla, plaza número 2.

Who it affects

The closure affects the foundation itself and anyone connected to it: individuals or entities listed as trustees, workers, creditors or beneficiaries, and anyone who needs to prove the legal status of the entity. From now on, consulting its registry sheet will show the definitive closure.

Where to consult it

The resolution can be consulted in issue 203 of the BOJA of October 20, 2026, at the link accompanying the official publication: the resolution in the BOJA. The full summary of the bulletin is available at the BOJA summary. The resolution is dated September 24, 2026 and is now published in the regional bulletin.
