The Sanjuán Municipal Theatre in Écija hosts an autumn-winter programme between October and January with carnival, humour, music, flamenco, theatre, dance and family shows, featuring the participation of brotherhoods, associations and local groups.

The Ayuntamiento de Écija is carrying out the Plan de Sostenibilidad Turística en Destino with four actions focused on the Museo Histórico Municipal, including a virtual recreation of a Roman domus and an augmented reality application for the Amazona Herida.
